Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to book with confidence, so our policy is simple.
In short

Why the 14-day line
Numbers for catering, the gala dinners and rooms are confirmed with the venue two weeks ahead and paid for whether or not a delegate arrives. Up to that point a cancellation costs us nothing, so you get everything back.
How to cancel
- Tell our registrations team in writing, by WhatsApp or email, using the details on our Contact page.
- Include the delegate's name and the email address or number used to register.
- We will confirm your cancellation in writing. Please keep that confirmation.
When you get your money
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of confirmation. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. Any bank or gateway charges deducted at the time of payment are refunded in full by us where the provider returns them.
Transferring your seat
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no charge, provided you tell us at least 7 days before the conference and the new delegate meets the same criteria. Only one transfer is permitted per registration.
Changing your package
You may move from Conference Only to Conference + Accommodation at any time before the conference, subject to rooms being available, by paying the difference. Moving in the other direction is treated as a partial cancellation and follows the table above.
If we cancel or postpone
- If we cancel, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid.
- If we postpone, your registration moves to the new dates. If those dates do not suit you, tell us within 14 days of the announcement and we will refund you in full.
- In either case we are not able to reimburse travel or accommodation you have booked independently, so please consider travel insurance.
Online registrations
Online registrations for the live-streamed conference are non-refundable once the joining details and access have been issued, as the content is delivered digitally.
Exceptional circumstances
If you face a medical emergency or bereavement inside the 14-day window, write to us. We cannot promise a refund, but we will always look at the circumstances and will usually offer a transfer to another delegate or to the following year's conference.
