Why in person
Some things only happen in the room.
You can read a paper anywhere. What you cannot do from a desk is put a difficult case in front of the person who wrote the protocol, over dinner, and have them walk you through it.

Two Gala Dinners with the Speakers
At 7:00 PM on both evenings the sessions end and the faculty stay. Dinner at the venue with the speakers you have just spent the day listening to. Twice.

What time does each day start and finish?
Sessions run 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days. The gala dinner with the speakers follows at 7:00 PM. Plan your travel so you are in the room for both full days.
What is your refund policy?
Cancel up to two weeks before the conference and you receive a full refund, no questions asked. Inside the final two weeks the seat and room are already committed to you, so refunds are not possible.
What is included in each package?
Conference Only covers both full days, every session and panel, the networking zones, both gala dinners, lunch, hi-tea and dinner on both days, plus the recordings and your certificate. Conference + Accommodation adds your room at the venue and breakfast, so every meal across the two days is covered.
Are meals included?
Lunch, hi-tea and dinner are included with both packages, as are the two gala dinners with the speakers. Breakfast is included only with Conference + Accommodation, since that is the package where you stay at the venue overnight.
How are seats allocated?
In booking order. We cap the room at a size where networking actually works, so when it is full we close registration rather than add chairs.
Do I need to be a doctor to attend?
No. Doctors across every system of medicine attend, alongside nutritionists, dietitians, health coaches, physiotherapists and other allied practitioners. What matters is that you work with chronic disease.
Is accommodation at the venue itself?
Yes, on the same grounds. Sessions, meals, networking and rooms are all on one site, so no delegate commutes during the two days.
Can I book for a group or with my partner?
Yes. Groups of more than three receive 20% off and a spouse, couple or partner booking together receives 15%. Mention it on the application and our team will handle the billing.
What happens after I apply?
Our registrations team gets in touch to confirm your package, apply any discount you qualify for and take payment. Your seat is confirmed once payment is received.
